Holy Father Pope Francis on 29th June, during the Solemnity of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, blessed the Palliums of the metropolitan Archbishops appointed during this year all over the world. The Pallium is a liturgical vestment consisting of a band of white woollen cloth placed on the shoulders of Archbishops, recalling their unity with the successor of Peter. During this Holy Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica at Vatican City, Trivandrum Archbishop His Grace Most Rev. Dr.Thomas J Netto received the Pallium from the Holy Father Pope Francis.
