The first Santhosh Trophy player from our land Mr. Antony Xavier T from Thoothoor (widely known as Kanthi) obtained a very significant AFC 'C' Diploma as the next feather in his football crown. Thus, Antony Xavier becomes the first person to secure this Asian Football Confederation level certification from our region. This also makes him one among the few well-established coaches in the football space in the state.
The enthusiasm that Antony Xavier poses to keep achieving in football even after years of proving himself on various football platforms as a footballer, a coach, and an organiser, is a big motivation for all junior footballers to stay focused and achieve big. Let us congratulate him on this and wish him all the best to reach even higher levels.
