I think the idea will work for few segments of our population such fish wending ladies, small like Fibergalss boat owners. Even it might be benefit financially weaker students aspiring to study professional and technical studies. I think people should be bit more open to the ideas. Not only that, Kottar diocese is running one for a long time.
