Selection criteria for the High Scorers from SSLC and HSC grades at Thoothoor level:

Since the award is been given for the past few decades we are continuing the same criteria to select the student for the award. Below are the criteria:

The student must be a Thoothoorian
The student must have completed the respective Grades (SSLC or HSC) in our Pius XI Hr. Sec. School, Thoothoor
The student must be one of the Top 2 high scorers in the respective Grades (SSLC or HSC) in the academic year
The student should belong to Catholic Christian Community

Additional Awards:

In 2008, ITPET added Forane Level SSLC and HSC awards. These awards will be given to SSLC and HSC toppers at Thoothoor Forane Level
In 2009, ITPET has added awards for Ph.D. holders at the Thoothoor level
In 2010, ITPET has added an award called 'Award of the Year' at Thoothoor level
In 2017, ITPET has added awards for Centum Scorers for other boards [CBSC/ICSE/ISE] at Thoothoor Forane Level
In 2017, ITPET has added an award called 'Award of Excellence' at Thoothoor Forane Level
In 2018, ITPET established a new award: National Awardee Scientist Dr. Robin Sabariappan Memorial 'Award of Excellence'

Award Details:

We have named our awards after the famous Scientists and Mathematicians from India. Our notion of giving these names to the awards is to make the students to adopt them as their role models
