No more M.Phil degree in MS University Tirunelveli

Tirunelveli,Manonmaniam Sundaranar University announced that from next academic year onwards no M.Phil degree courses will be conducted on university and affiliated colleges . Those who complete master degree ,would like to continue their further study they must enroll as Ph.D scholar. The period of study will be four years. If any scholar completed 2 years this study and would not like to continue can get M.Phil course certificate . ''Present M.Phil degree has no value in India as well as abroad ,this is the reason behind the university's decision about M.Phil degree'' vice chancellor Dr.Baskar said .
