very nice Article. But I think to change the student's attitude and behaviour not only teacher's responsibility but also the parents and the friends and community.

I saw my brother as a true teacher with community spirit. In our institutions, we must motivate and make them understand that they are not paid servants and they are the teachers who can bring change in the society. Until then our community will lack behind in acheiving the goal of CIVILIZED MUKKUVA. Hats off!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Espin anna, Thanks for writing such a nice article. This is the time to think about the quality of education in coastal area. To implement althose things we need more teachers in our schools and our people need more awareness. If the strength exeeds 30 in a classroom, its very hard to a teacher become a best manager. So, the Management, teachers and the parants should come together and have a good relation. So that we can set a goal of quality education.

As what we address over here is Most of the teachers in our school have a behavior of “SEPERATIST”. They were involved to form groupies and stimulate problems in our society. We have n-number of proof but we don’t want to navigate a problematic way BUT this activity consumes a lot of our student’s utilization time and resulted flaw of our student’s future. Time management of our teachers is a big consideration in our (Thoothoorians reside in Chennai medavakkam room) point of view and the people like you can do some R&D about the Time management of our community teacher and publish our here will look well and good. Thank you very much for your wonderful article Mr.Espin.

Even if we say some partiality exist in class room that will not affect a student to the result of big difference in scores. This difference can be due to many factors that these students undergo. One sample of the examples is daily study in home. All parents will be responsible for making their children sit and study every day. Other parents are not doing this duty, but teachers are doing this correctly. For my personal opinion, teachers are not faulty when their kids getting good score. Improvement in the current education style is a must and very important as Mr.Espin narrated in his writing.

My beloved friend and classmate Mr. Espin, author of the article ' CLASS ROOM = CHANGE ROOM ' says his inner motivation/love towards expectational change in the community for the future. We cannot blame our teachers/school management/education system and policies, for the failure unemployment and underemployment it is all a world wide problem and cannot be changed overnight. A parent-teacher has the liberty to give an individual attention to his/her own children at home. Let us thank God for the facilities/oppurtunities and pray together to make new good planning, understanding our failures/shortcomings. And I agree with the comments of Mr. ABI and Mr. Johnson.

ABI[27-1-2011:14.20.48(IST)] |
This article leaves as many points for our self-reflection and it calls for a CHANGE in our society. Only the Teacher should not be blamed for the person being durnkard. Even if the teacher would have been the BEST, other social factors would have made him to lay under dogs. The change should start right from home. We need responsible parents, responsible sibilingsm responsible friends, responsible village administrators.. Over all we need a combined Development System.. and everyone should be equally charged for the CHANGE. Yes, Teachers too play vital role. As Johnson indicated in his comments, what plan do we have?

Teacher’s kids are getting good score because in home they ask their kids to do hard work and study. So they may some time get good score, but many poor fishermen kid’s also come to good position, so both are happening.
But I 100% agree to Mr. Espin’s view of we need improvement to our current schooling and education. If our people to reach the world competition, school management and teachers must work hard.

Johnson[25-1-2011:8.23.52(IST)] |
Very true thoughts. School administration and teachers are instrumental in making competitive students, and sadly we have many problems. Plans?
